I had under-eye filler performed here on December 2, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Since the initial appointment, I have had to return three additional times for the injector to try to correct unevenness and lumpiness under both eyes. It has now been well over three months, and the area still looks uneven with visible puffiness and hollows. Despite multiple correction attempts, the results have not improved to an acceptable level. After spending over $2,500, I have had to schedule an appointment with another injector to try to correct the work that was done. This has been both frustrating and costly. My advice to anyone considering under-eye filler is to do thorough research before selecting an injector, especially for such a delicate area of the face. I was refrred to this individual from a colleque so I did not research as I should have. I wish I had done more due diligence beforehand. I have been seeing Veronica since 2017 when I competed at Miss Tennessee!!! She was the reason that I had all the confidence in the world and goes above and beyond for her clients. I started going to ivy wellness spa in my early 30’s I’m now approaching 40 my skin looks amazing. Ivy wellness is the best spa in Memphis. I am truly pleased with every service I have ever received.
